Payment information: card and payment details, processed securely by our payment providers.
Account information: your login details, preferences and subscription settings.
Order information: what you view, add to your basket, buy, subscribe to, return or cancel.

Directly from you; automatically when you use our website; from the service providers who help us run our store; and from partners such as payment and delivery providers.

To provide our services: to take payment, fulfil and deliver your orders, manage your account and subscriptions, handle returns and send order and subscription updates, including renewal reminders.
Marketing: to send you emails or texts if you have signed up, and to show you relevant adverts. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Customer care: to answer your questions and put things right.

Shopify and the service providers who help us run our business, such as payment, delivery, customer care, email and analytics providers.
Our marketing partners, to show you adverts, where you have not opted out.
Other companies in our group, The Millennium Cash & Carry Ltd, for example because our warehouse and customer care team are shared.
Others where you ask us to, or where the law requires it, or as part of a sale or restructure of our business.

We never sell your personal information.

Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes personal information to provide and improve its services. You can read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and use the Shopify Privacy Portal.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services, run your account and meet our legal obligations, such as keeping tax records. No security is perfect, but we use appropriate measures to protect your information.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or move your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email support@proteinwater.co. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
